The platform provides a structured network through which registered candidates, polling agents, diaspora sponsors, and lawyers can connect and communicate.
The platform's role is to provide the technology and structure for registration, verification, coordination, and access to relevant participant information.
Where a sponsor chooses to support a polling agent or engage a lawyer, any private arrangement or payment between those parties is separate from the platform and is not a donation to the platform.
Every user is responsible for ensuring that their conduct and communications through the platform comply with applicable laws and regulations.
